Signwriting was Bruce Jackson's introduction to glass gilding and a major influence in his exploration of the artform. It remain a significant part of our work.

These gold leaf window signs, were mostly painted during the mid and latter half of the 1990's. The earliest pieces, featured first, are from the late 1980's and were painted during Bruce's Rathdowne Street era. A time when he did a number of signs in the area, giving one section of the street a dominant style.

Closely related to shop window signs are pub mirrors and breweriana pieces along with other sign-related artworks.
